An AI co-worker for every employee

Your business runs on email, meetings and follow-ups. Now something reads all of it.

One operating layer across your inbox, calendar, customers, documents, tasks and quotations. The AI finds the work, drafts the output, and waits for your approval before it acts.

The workspace

Eleven modules that already know about each other

Not a suite of apps that happen to share a login. A quotation knows which email asked for it, a task knows which meeting raised it, and a customer's page shows all of it in one timeline.

Home

The daily briefing: urgent items, AI recommendations, what is waiting on your approval, and the numbers that moved.

Inbox

Every connected mailbox in one place, each thread classified, summarised and answered with a draft you can send or rewrite.

Customers

Profiles, contacts and a single activity timeline that folds together email, meetings, tasks, quotes and invoices.

Tasks

Personal and team boards with priorities, dependencies and recurrence — plus the tasks the AI raised from your own inbox.

Calendar

Meetings with an agenda built from the customer's history, and the follow-up task and draft written the moment it ends.

Sales

Leads, opportunities and a pipeline with stages you configure, with follow-up chased automatically instead of remembered.

Finance

Invoices, payment status, customer balances and exports, with the numbering and tax rules set once at onboarding.

Documents

Contracts, catalogues, policies and procedures, searched by meaning rather than filename and answerable by the assistant.

AI Assistant

A conversation over everything the asker is allowed to see, with citations back to the records each answer came from.

Reports

Operational, sales, customer and employee reporting, scheduled to the people who need it without anyone assembling it.

Settings

Users, roles, integrations, automation rules, branding, billing and the security policy the whole workspace runs under.

The AI employee

One email in. Four pieces of work out. Nothing sent without you.

This is a single worked example, start to finish, with no step left out — including the one where it stops.

Step 01

An email arrives

“Please send a quote for 25 units and deliver before October 20.” It lands in a shared mailbox at 07:14, before anyone is at a desk.

Step 02

It is read and understood

Intent, urgency and sender are resolved against the CRM, and the numbers that matter are pulled out as structured fields rather than left in prose.

customer: Acme Ltdquantity: 25deliver_by: 2026-10-20
Step 03

The commercial work is drafted

The catalogue is checked for current pricing and stock, an opportunity is opened on the pipeline, and a quotation is built with line items, tax and expiry already filled in.

Step 04

The follow-up is scheduled

A task is assigned to the account owner with the delivery date as its deadline, so the commitment exists somewhere other than in one person's memory.

Step 05

And then it stops, and asks

Nothing is sent. The quotation goes to a manager with the source email cited beside it — approve, edit or reject. That gate is configurable per action, and switching it off is a decision somebody has to make on purpose.

Nothing falls through

The six things that quietly cost you customers

Each of these is obvious in hindsight and invisible in a busy week. The platform watches for all six across every account, continuously, and raises the one that matters today.

No response

A customer's message has gone past your SLA without a reply.

Overdue quote

A quotation is nearing expiry with no answer and no chase.

Gone quiet

An account with history has had no contact in weeks.

Repeated complaint

The same issue has come back on a second or third thread.

Payment issue

An invoice is overdue while new work is being quoted.

Unkept commitment

Something was promised in an email and never became a task.

Daily briefing

The question every manager asks at 8am, answered before they ask it

Not a digest of everything that happened. A short list of the things that will cost you something if they are left another day.

A company briefing every morning

Overdue items, high-risk customers, workload across the team and what the AI did overnight — in the inbox before the first meeting.

A personal summary for each employee

Only what that person owns or watches, scoped by the same permissions that govern every other screen they can open.

Or just ask

“Which customers have been waiting more than two days?” answered against live records, with a citation on every line.

Control

You decide how much it is allowed to do

One setting, three positions, changeable per feature and reversible at any time. This is the switch the whole governance model hangs off.

At this setting
  • Replies written in your tone, waiting in the thread
  • Tasks created and assigned automatically
  • Quotations built from the catalogue as drafts
  • Everything external routed to the approval centre

The work is done by the time you sit down. You approve or edit — you never start from an empty page.

Security & governance

Built for the person who has to sign off on it

Adopting AI across a company is a governance decision before it is a product decision. These are the controls that make it one somebody can actually approve.

Tenant isolation

Enforced at the application layer and again in the database, so a query that forgets the tenant returns nothing rather than somebody else's rows.

Tokens the model never sees

OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest and held outside the prompt. The AI is handed the mailbox, never the key to it.

An audit log that includes the AI

Reads, writes, approvals, sends, deletions and every tool the AI ran, each stamped with its initiator: human, AI or automation rule.

Sensitive actions are fenced

Payments, deletions and anything leaving the company take a second confirmation regardless of the autonomy level in force.

Support that cannot browse quietly

Impersonation is read-only, time-boxed and logged to the tenant's own audit trail, where their auditor can see it.

Retention you set

Per-module retention windows, a documented deletion workflow, and an export before anything is removed.

Pricing

Priced per company, not per AI action

A trial on every plan, no card to start, and the autonomy level is yours to set on any of them.

Questions

The things people ask first

Only if you turn that on. At the default setting it drafts and leaves the message in the thread for you to send. At the highest setting it can send the narrow class of replies you named in advance — and payments, deletions and anything else marked sensitive stay gated regardless. Every send is written to the audit log with the AI recorded as its initiator.

Into your own tenant, isolated at the application layer and again in the database. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and are never placed in a prompt. Documents are indexed for search inside your tenant and scoped by the same permissions as every other screen, so the assistant cannot answer from a folder the asker could not open themselves.

Gmail and Google Workspace, Google Calendar, CSV import and export, the REST API and webhooks. Microsoft 365, Outlook Calendar, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Teams, WhatsApp Business, QuickBooks and Xero are on the roadmap and are marked as such wherever they appear on this page.

There is no full accounting ledger, no payroll or HR, and no inventory beyond a product catalogue for quoting. Fully autonomous payment actions are not offered at any plan level. These are scope decisions rather than a backlog — the platform is an operating layer over the tools you have, not a replacement for your accounting system.

A workspace, an inbox connection and a customer import is the first session. Uploading policies, catalogues and price lists is what makes the drafts sound like your company rather than like a language model, and most teams do that over the first week.

You see it before it leaves, which is the point of the approval centre. Every AI output carries a confidence score and citations to the records it used, so a wrong draft can be traced to the record that misled it. Corrections are tracked as a metric in their own right, because a rising correction rate is the earliest signal that something upstream has drifted.
